Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy
Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture
Stir until it forms a dough
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth
Let it rise in a greased bowl for 1-2 hours
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside
Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a 10-inch circle
Spread pizza sauce over each dough circle and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese
Add pepperoni, green bell peppers, and red onions on top
Bake the pizzas on the preheated stone or sheet for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly
