Ingredients:
- 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, and salt
Blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency
Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm
