Ingredients:
- 4 large zucchinis, spiralized
- 4 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add chicken sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes
Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-5 minutes until they start to soften
Add spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet, tossing with the sausage and tomato mixture
